1. Get enough sleep

Successful people prioritizes to get enough sleep at night. According to study, young adults and adults (Age 18 to 64) need 7 – 9 hours sleep. Enough sleep gives our body to wake up naturally. Jeff Bezos CEO of Amazon wakes up naturally. Also other great successful people, Tim Cook, CEO of Apple sleeps minimum 7 Hours; Bill Gates, Co-Founder of Microsoft sleeps minimum 7 Hours per night.

2. Wake up early

Researcher’s of The Bringham Young University found that, the people who workout in the morning becomes more active all day long. With empty stomach you will burn more fats while having morning workouts. A study of British Journal of Nutrition found that, exercising on empty stomach can burn more 20 percent fat compared to when a meal eaten first. Also you will get other benefits if you workout at morning, for example, you will lower blood pressure and will get better sleep at night. You will also be able to protect yourself from diabetes if you workout at morning.

6. Eat healthy breakfast

Healthy breakfast boosts up you and it gives you energy to start the day. It also helps regulate blood sugar levels after the long food break. And it gives the fuel to the body to function properly the whole day.

A study of Italian Journal of Pediatrics shows that, eating healthy breakfast provides all elements to brain and neurotransmitters as they need to function at their proper levels, which may help to improve memory.

7. Spend some time with your family & loved ones

Spending time with your family & loved ones gives you mental peace. It energies your mental health. It makes you calm and peaceful.
